ArtisGosip.Com Penerapan peraturan baru tentang impor film asing yang dilakukan Dirjen Pajak juga berpengaruh kepada peredaran film Eropa, Mandarin, dan India atau Bollywood. Pihak importir film Indonesia ogah mendatangkan film-film tersebut.

Ikatan Perusahaan Film Impor Indonesia (IKAPIFI) mengamini langkah Hollywood menghentikan pasokan film ke Indonesia. IKAPIFI pun akan berhenti mengimpor film dari Eropa, Mandarin, India dan film-film dunia lainnya.

“Karena yang mereka impor itu bukan hanya film Hollywood saja, tapi film Mandarin, India, dan lain-lain. Semua film di dunia, termasuk film independen. Film-film itu akan terkena pajak seperti itu juga,”

Mewakili 21 Cineplex, Noorca mengaku prihatin dengan kebijakan Dirjen Pajak. Namun ia tidak lantas menyahkannya, Noorca dan teman-temannya di IKAPIFI hanya bisa berharap Dirjen Pajak bisa mendengarkan keinginan dari Motion Pictures Association (MPA).

“Menghadapi hal seperti ini, kami merasa sangat prihatin. Hanya berharap dan berdoa, mereka datangkan kembali. Tapi kami juga berharap Dirjen Pajak dalam hal ini bea cukai meninjau kembali keputusannya,”

Pneumonia, Pembunuh yang Terlupakan

Paru-paru itu terisi cairan. Fungsinya sebagai filter udara terganggu. Bukan hanya cairan, di sana terdapat rongga yang terisi udara kotor.

Yang kemudian membuat paru-paru menjadi berat bekerja dan akhirnya lumpuh. Kerusakan fungsi itu karena paru-paru telah terinfeksi. Meradang karena diserang sesuatu. Inilah pneumonia atau kerap disebut radang paru.

Penyakit yang paling sering menjangkiti mereka yang berusia uzur. Karena di usia itu, tingkat imunitas tubuh sudah sangat rentan. Meski juga tidak sedikit menjangkiti anak-anak yang kemudian menyebabkan kematian.

Ada banyak penyebab pneumonia. Bisa bakteri, virus, jamur, atau parasit yang menempel pada pulmonary alveolus di paru-paru yang berfungsi sebagai penyerap oksigen.

Namun juga dapat disebabkan konsumsi rokok dan alkohol yang terlalu tinggi. Sehingga menyebabkan komplikasi paru-paru. Namun dari sekian banyak kasus.

Penyebab tertingginya karena serangan bakteri Streptococcus pneumoniae atau lazim disebut pneumokokus.

Menurut Prof Dr dr Cissy Kartasasmita, Kepala Departemen Respirologi, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, hanya satu dari setiap lima orang tua yang bisa mengenali dua gejala bahaya pneumonia yaitu sulit bernapas dan irama napas cepat. “Pneumonia masih jarang ditanggapi serius dan seolah terlupakan. Di Indonesia, penyakit ini masih “kalah pamor” dengan TBC atau flu burung.

Padahal pneumonia adalah pembunuh utama balita,” kata dia. Hingga kini, masih misterius bagaimana penyakit ini bisa menyebar. Namun ada beberapa asumsi, di antaranya; Pertama, lemahnya daya tahan tubuh seseorang.

Hal ini dapat terjadi pada mereka yang terjangkit beberapa penyakit yang mengikis tingkat imunitas secara progresif, seperti HIV/AID, jantung, atau diabetes.

Termasuk penderita kanker karena efek radiasi kemoterapi. Konon, perokok dan peminum alkohol juga salah satu faktor penyebarannya.

Rokok dapat mengakibatkan iritasi pada saluran pernapasan yang kemudian menimbulkan riak (dahak) yang mengendap terlalu lama sehingga cairannya masuk ke paru-paru. Sedangkan alkohol dapat merusak sel darah putih yang merupakan komponen pelindung kekebalan tubuh.

Selain itu udara yang terkontaminasi zat kimia berbahaya disebut-sebut penyebab lainnya, misalnya pestisida dan sejenisnya. Gejala Bias Di luar itu, pneumonia muncul dengan gejala yang bias. Tandatandanya mirip asma yang disertai batuk.

Untuk beberapa kasus disertai sakit di bagian dada dan sulit bernapas. Maka itu penyakit ini berkategori silent disease atau penyakit dengan gejala yang tidak mudah terukur/ terdeteksi. Untuk mendeteksinya dapat melakukan pemeriksaan rontgen atau sinar X-ray.

Namun pada umumnya, gejala penyakit ini berupa napas cepat dan napas sesak, karena peradangan paru. Pada kasus anak, batas napas cepat adalah frekuensi pernapasan sebanyak 50 kali per menit atau lebih pada anak usia dua bulan sampai kurang dari satu tahun.

Dan 40 kali per menit atau lebih pada anak usia satu tahun sampai kurang dari lima tahun. Pneumonia disebut-sebut sebagai penyakit golongan IPD (invasive pneumococcal disease) yang paling sering dijumpai di kalangan pasien anak.

“Dari penelitian terhadap 1.796 pasien balita sepanjang 2006 di enam rumah sakit terbesar di Indonesia, 80 persen menderita pneumonia,” tambah dia.

Indonesia berdasarkan catatan WHO, diketahui sebagai 10 negara besar dunia yang terbanyak kasus pneumonia. Setiap tahunnya sedikitnya terdapat enam juta kasus (termasuk penyakit infeksi pernapasan dalam lainnya). Dari angka itu, sebanyak 25 ribu berujung kematian, khususnya bagi anak usia di bawah lima tahun.

Dan dari angka itu, hanya 61 persennya yang mendapat pengobatan yang layak. Mengintai Anak Di wilayah Asia Pasifi k, pneumonia termasuk penyebab utama kematian pada balita.

Dilaporkan WHO, ada sebanyak 98 balita meninggal karena pneumonia setiap jam. Sementara di Indonesia, angka kejadian pneumonia untuk anak di bawah 5 tahun mencapai 6 juta kasus.

Jumlah itu menjadikan Indonesia menempati posisi ke-6 untuk kasus pneumonia terbanyak di dunia. Kasus terbesar terjadi di India dengan jumlah kasus mencapai 44 juta per tahun.

Diikuti China (18 juta), Nigeria dan Pakistan (7 juta), dan Indonesia dan Bangladesh dengan kisaran sama yakni 6 juta kasus.

Meskipun pneumonia merupakan penyakit serius yang sering diderita anak, laporan WHO menunjukkan bahwa hanya satu dari setiap lima orang tua yang bisa mengenali dua gejala bahaya pneumonia yaitu sulit bernapas dan irama napas cepat.

Penyakit ini paling berbahaya jika menyerang anak berusia di bawah 2 tahun. Karena dapat menyebabkan infeksi telinga, keracunan darah, atau meningitis yang disebabkan oleh bakteri. Adalah vaksin bernama PCV (Pneumococcal Conjungate Vaccine) merupakan antisipasi sejak usia dini.

Vaksin ini diberikan saat anak berusia 2 bulan, 4 bulan, 6 bulan, dan rentang usia 12 hingga 15 bulan. Diyakini, vaksin ini mampu melindungi 80 persen anak dari bibit pneumonia. Termasuk bila dikombinasikan dengan vaksin Hib, keduanya memberi hasil yang luar biasa dalam memerangi jenis penyakit ini.
